How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. That includes 1–3 business days to process your order and about 5–11 business days in transit with FedEx Ground.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $3.00 on orders under $70, and free on orders of $70 or more.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. street addresses only (no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a FedEx tracking number. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us right away. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has started processing.
