At Fetch & Co., we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are offered at competitive prices, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong product
• Ordering the wrong size or quantity
• No longer wanting the product
• Personal preference
• Product not meeting personal expectations
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
• Failure to receive an order due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue. If the issue is confirmed, Fetch & Co. may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fetch & Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled after they have been submitted and processed.

If you need to make a change to your order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund, return, replacement, or other remedy, Fetch & Co. will comply with those requirements.
